Dealer verifies address is within the Delmarva boundaries via "Customer Validation" Page.

Dealer then completes the submission form. Online form below.
Entries will be submitted to Delmarva for processing every other week.
Dealer will receive credit to their Peirce account roughly two weeks after submission.
